First, we participated in trunk or treat at church. We created a cemetery in the bed of Rob's truck and had our talking skeleton near the candy. Next year, I'm thinking fog machine!
On actual Halloween night, I decorated the front of the house with lots of cobwebs and a graveyard in the front yard. The 'rents came over and we sat outside passing out candy to trick or treaters. I dressed up as a high school graduate and was able to get my message of "Stay in School" across to a few visitors that night. Mom was all dressed in black. We were all weirded out by her long dark hair! As I was taking pictures, we discovered that we could do cool light photos with Dad's glowstick! Good times!
