It took just over a year to sell our house and the closing date for both houses got pushed back a week...but we finally did it...we moved a whole mile and a half from where we used to live!
We were incredibly fortunate after Rob's appendectomy to have about a dozen of his coworkers to come help us move (along with my always reliable parents!) Pregnancy and emergency surgery are two sure-fire ways of getting out of having to move your own stuff! And did I mention they all came on New Year's Day? Those guys (and gal) had everything transferred to the new house in 2 hours!
