We are exhausted by all the Easter egg hunts this year! PAT, daycare, city, and 2 family hunts!
PAT Easter Egg Hunt
He was a little hesitant at this one. We did some singing and dancing before the hunt and he would not let go of me! He's not usually like that. I think it was the three people dressed as Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore that made him uneasy. But he got into it once we were looking for eggs.
Daycare Easter Egg Hunt
Robert had Friday off and I was working from home, so I took a late lunch and we went over for Brandon's Easter party at daycare. We were the only parents there, so we had lots of fun helping everyone find eggs.
He passed up all the other eggs just so he could get the green one!
Look at the focus on that face! I think he was sizing up the competition.

Lamar Easter Egg Hunt
Aunt Elaine let us know ahead of time about the Lamar Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, so we went up a little early to go to that one too. Boy, parents are competitive at city hunts! B was content to get a couple eggs and then watch everyone else!
Me having to coerce my son to pick up eggs rather than people watch!
Grandma Rose had us all over for Chicken Mary's chicken and egg hunting the day before Easter. The weather was just right for sitting outside to eat, going across the street to play at the church playground, and for the uncles to do a few chores around Grandma's house.
That's not an egg, dude!

In his Easter outfit. Can't go wrong with a plaid shirt and navy pants!
Relaxing with Grandpa
So, the weather didn't cooperate for the final Easter egg hunt of the season, so we improvised and the Easter Bunny hid eggs in the hallways. (How the EB got in and out without us seeing him is a mystery to all of us.)
